iniciativa, integra 6.549 persones d\u2019aquests col\u00b7lectius en una plantilla de m\u00e9s de 73.200 treballadors\n\n<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f50a41d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f50a41d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Valladolid, 3 de juny del 2016. <\/span><\/strong><\/b>Millorar l\u2019ocupabilitat i explorar f\u00f3rmules de cooperaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i privada s\u00f3n algunes de les claus que contribuiran a un mercat laboral amb igualtat d\u2019oportunitats per a tothom. Aquesta \u00e9s una de les conclusions principals extretes del IV F\u00f2rum \u00abClece per la Integraci\u00f3\u00bb que es va celebrar ahir sota el lema \u00abEMPLEANdo el talento\u00bb (OCUPANt el talent) al Teatre Calder\u00f3n de Valladolid.<\/p><p>El F\u00f2rum, organitzat per l\u2019empresa Clece, va congregar diferents actors implicats en la integraci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lectius socialment vulnerables com ara persones amb discapacitat, persones en risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social, v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere i joves en desocupaci\u00f3.<br \/>Per part de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3, hi van intervenir Rafaela Romero Viosca, regidora delegada de Serveis Socials de l\u2019Ajuntament de Valladolid i Carlos Ra\u00fal de Pablos P\u00e9rez, gerent regional de Serveis Socials de la Conselleria de Fam\u00edlia i Igualtat d\u2019Oportunitats de la Junta de Castella i Lle\u00f3. En representaci\u00f3 del sector educatiu, hi va participar Felicidad Viejo Valverde, vicerectora d\u2019alumnes de la Universitat de Valladolid, UVA, i, en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 laboral, va comptar amb Ver\u00f3nica Mu\u00f1oz Salgado, orientadora laboral de l\u2019Ajuntament de Valladolid. Per part de Clece, hi van assistir Crist\u00f3bal Valderas, president de Clece, i Purificaci\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez, directora de Recursos Humans de Clece, que van donar la visi\u00f3 de l\u2019empresa privada, mentre que els testimoniatges dels treballadors van venir de la m\u00e0 de Melanie Blanco Garc\u00eda i Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez Barrul, totes dues, treballadores de Clece.<\/p><p>Les experi\u00e8ncies compartides per Melanie Blanco Garc\u00eda, en representaci\u00f3 del col\u00b7lectiu de joves, i de Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez Barrul, v\u00edctima de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, van posar de manifest que malgrat la multicausalitat de les situacions de vulnerabilitat, tots aquests col\u00b7lectius comparteixen barreres d\u2019acc\u00e9s al mercat laboral. Entre les principals barreres que es van posar de manifest en el F\u00f2rum es troben l\u2019escassa formaci\u00f3 i qualificaci\u00f3; la falta de motivaci\u00f3; la baixa experi\u00e8ncia, o la desinformaci\u00f3. Problemes als quals cal afegir condicionants de l\u2019entorn com la precarietat laboral o els estereotips i els prejudicis socials.<\/p><p>Per combatre aquestes dificultats, Carlos Ra\u00fal de Pablos P\u00e9rez va insistir en el valor del pacte social. \u00abL\u2019\u00e8xit del model de Serveis Socials \u00e9s precisament que la Junta no \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fanica protagonista, sin\u00f3 que es basa en la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb les corporacions locals i en l\u2019acord social\u00bb. Aquest pacte social es posa de manifest en la II Estrat\u00e8gia Integrada de l\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3 2016-2020, engegada per l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 auton\u00f2mica que contempla un Pla Laboral Espec\u00edfic per a col\u00b7lectius vulnerables. \u00abM\u00e9s que de despesa social, cal parlar d\u2019inversi\u00f3 social, perqu\u00e8 cada euro que s\u2019inverteix reverteix en la societat en m\u00e9s de 2,3 vegades\u00bb, va diferenciar.<\/p><p>Des del paper de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 local, Rafaela Romero Viosca va posar l\u2019accent en el potencial de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i privada, aix\u00ed com en una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica responsable en relaci\u00f3 amb mesures com la \u00abinclusi\u00f3 de reserves de contractes per a Centres Especials de Treball i cl\u00e0usules socials en els contractes p\u00fablics\u00bb, amb l\u2019objectiu de facilitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 a les persones i els col\u00b7lectius en situaci\u00f3 desfavorida. Rafaela tamb\u00e9 va assenyalar la necessitat de treballar sobre la qualitat de l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 per evitar que \u00abels treballadors tamb\u00e9 siguin persones vulnerables a causa de salaris precaris\u00bb.<\/p><p><strong>Adequar la formaci\u00f3 a la demanda laboral<\/strong><\/p><p>Un dels grans reptes per fomentar la integraci\u00f3 \u00e9s el d\u2019augmentar l\u2019ocupabilitat de les persones mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019orientaci\u00f3, la formaci\u00f3 professional i l\u2019acompanyament cap a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3. Des de l\u2019\u00e0mbit educatiu, Felicidad Viejo Valverde va comentar que els \u00abestudiants troben un suport molt important en les pr\u00e0ctiques\u00bb, per facilitar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, des de la Universitat, una altra via que es fomenta \u00e9s \u00abla mobilitat, amb beques perqu\u00e8 els joves puguin anar fora, formar-se i agafar experi\u00e8ncia\u00bb. Des de l\u2019\u00e0mbit de l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 laboral, Ver\u00f3nica Mu\u00f1oz Salgado va assenyalar \u00abla cronificaci\u00f3 dels aturats de llarga durada com un problema de gran dimensi\u00f3\u00bb dins de les diferents situacions de vulnerabilitat cap al mercat laboral.<\/p><p><strong>La responsabilitat de l\u2019empresa<\/strong><\/p><p>Crist\u00f3bal Valderas Alvarado va explicar com \u00abdes de Clece s\u2019ha treballat en un model integrador que demostra que l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 desenvolupa una tasca clau en la igualtat d\u2019oportunitats i en l\u2019equitat social. Amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria de 350 associacions, avui dia, 6.549 treballadors de la nostra plantilla procedeixen de col\u00b7lectius socialment vulnerables. En nom\u00e9s tres anys, l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 ha estat de 3.000 a m\u00e9s de 6.500 persones\u00bb. Entre aquests col\u00b7lectius vulnerables, el president de Clece va alertar sobre l\u2019especial risc dels \u00abm\u00e9s grans de 45 anys, molts dels quals aturats llarga durada i amb c\u00e0rregues familiars\u00bb. Purificaci\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez va destacar la necessitat d\u2019\u00abafavorir l\u2019engranatge en el triangle format pel tercer sector, l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i les empreses\u00bb per aconseguir la integraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes persones en situaci\u00f3 desfavorida que \u00abaporten intangibles com la motivaci\u00f3, la implicaci\u00f3, millora del clima laboral i que s\u00f3n exemple de superaci\u00f3 de situacions complicades\u00bb.<\/p><p><strong>En primera persona<\/strong><\/p><p>En representaci\u00f3 dels joves, Melanie Blanco Garc\u00eda va donar un missatge d\u2019optimisme, ja que ella podr\u00e0 desenvolupar el seu treball de fi de carrera gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019oportunitat laboral que li ha donat Clece. Si b\u00e9 Melanie, conscient dels grans reptes als quals s\u2019enfronta la seva generaci\u00f3, va reivindicar, per als joves, \u00abl\u2019oportunitat de tenir una vida, una casa i no dependre dels pares, que tamb\u00e9, en moltes ocasions, travessen moments de dificultat\u00bb. De la seva banda, Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez Barrul, v\u00edctima de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, va trobar en l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 una sortida. \u00abAmb la feina em sento realitzada i tinc la satisfacci\u00f3 d\u2019ajudar els meus fills i de tenir la llibertat de valdre\u2019m per mi mateixa\u00bb. A totes les dones que han passat per la seva situaci\u00f3, les va animar \u00aba no rendir-se, a treure\u2019s del cap el \u201cno puc\u201d i que, en definitiva, sempre hi ha una sortida a la
