{"id":5586,"date":"2017-06-20T11:05:35","date_gmt":"2017-06-20T11:05:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sitio2.utopiasl.eu\/2017\/06\/20\/plec-condicions-clau-per-afavorir-la-inclusio-laboral\/"},"modified":"2024-10-01T08:20:21","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T08:20:21","slug":"plec-condicions-clau-per-afavorir-la-inclusio-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clece.es\/ca\/2017\/06\/20\/plec-condicions-clau-per-afavorir-la-inclusio-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abEl plec de condicions \u00e9s clau per afavorir la inclusi\u00f3 laboral\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u2022 Aquesta va ser una de les conclusions de Crist\u00f3bal Valderas, president de Clece, que va destacar tamb\u00e9 que \u00abl\u2019obra social per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia \u00e9s l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 A l\u2019Arag\u00f3, el 14% de la plantilla de Clece est\u00e0 formada per persones procedents de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abL\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la soluci\u00f3 per a la integraci\u00f3 social dels col\u00b7lectius vulnerables\u00bb, aquesta \u00e9s una de les principals conclusions extretes del <strong>VII F\u00f2rum \u00abClece per la Integraci\u00f3\u00bb<\/strong> celebrat el 15 de juny passat a l\u2019auditori Caixaforum de Saragossa sota el lema <strong>\u00abUn pont cap a l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El F\u00f2rum, organitzat per l\u2019empresa Clece, ha congregat diferents representants de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, l\u2019empresa privada, agents socials, aix\u00ed com una persona en representaci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables, amb l\u2019objectiu de debatre f\u00f3rmules per millorar l\u2019ocupabilitat i derrocar barreres a les quals han de fer front les persones amb discapacitat, en risc d&#8217;exclusi\u00f3 social o les v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere per accedir a una ocupaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acte ha comptat amb la participaci\u00f3 de Teresa Sevillano Abad, directora general d\u2019Igualtat i Fam\u00edlies del Govern d\u2019Arag\u00f3; Recaredo Garc\u00eda Gaspar, cap del Servei de Promoci\u00f3 d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3, INAEM, Govern d\u2019Arag\u00f3; Soledad Bolea Bosque, cap de secci\u00f3 de Programes d\u2019Igualtat de la Casa de la Dona de l\u2019Ajuntament de Saragossa; Beatriz Guti\u00e9rrez, coordinadora regional a Arag\u00f3 de la Fundaci\u00f3 Adecco; Ibtisam, treballadora de Clece del Servei d\u2019Ajuda a Domicili de Saragossa, i Crist\u00f3bal Valderas Alvarado, president de Clece.<\/p>\n<p>La trobada ha posat de relleu la necessitat d\u2019impulsar aliances entre l\u2019empresa privada i l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica per reduir les taxes d\u2019atur dels col\u00b7lectius vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Ibtisam, una treballadora del Servei d\u2019Ajuda a Domicili de Saragossa, va trobar, en Clece, una oportunitat laboral i avui est\u00e0 conven\u00e7uda que la seva feina no nom\u00e9s li est\u00e0 permetent desenvolupar-se professionalment, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 li ha donat l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019una nova vida al costat del seu fill. Per a ella, \u00abla feina, a una dona, li d\u00f3na valor i energia, la capacitat de seguir lluitant pel que vulguis, tenir objectius, millorar la seva autoestima i no rendir-se per continuar endavant\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abNo \u00e9s el mateix contractar que integrar. A Clece, les persones de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables s\u2019integren, es fan ambaixadors de marca. El fet de tenir gent com l\u2019Ibtisam ens fa millors. Les 7.200 persones d\u2019aquests col\u00b7lectius integrades s\u00f3n una benedicci\u00f3. Per aix\u00f2, parlem amb aquesta passi\u00f3 i volem continuar creixent amb l\u2019administraci\u00f3 p\u00fablica per donar m\u00e9s oportunitat a m\u00e9s gent\u00bb, afirma Crist\u00f3bal Valderas Alvarado, president de Clece.<\/p>\n<p>Teresa Sevillano Abad, directora general d\u2019Igualtat i Fam\u00edlies del Govern d\u2019Arag\u00f3, ha comentat que \u00aba Saragossa vivim molt temps d\u2019esquena a l\u2019Ebre i avui comptem amb molts ponts, avui no hem de donar l\u2019esquena a les persones m\u00e9s vulnerables, per la dignitat a tota la societat, hem de construir-los ponts a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 per afavorir-ne la integraci\u00f3.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>De la seva banda, Recaredo Garc\u00eda Gaspar, cap del Servei de Promoci\u00f3 d\u2019Ocupaci\u00f3, INAEM, del Govern d\u2019Arag\u00f3, ha assenyalat que \u00abcal afavorir amb mesures la inclusi\u00f3 d\u2019aquests col\u00b7lectius i les subvencions s\u00f3n fonamentals per fomentar l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 ho tindr\u00edem m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil. A Arag\u00f3 fem una tasca de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 recordant, a les empreses, l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 de complir la Llei general de discapacitat. Els serveis p\u00fablics d\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 hem d\u2019estar al costat de les empreses\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Soledad Bolea Bosque, cap de secci\u00f3 de Programes d\u2019Igualtat de la Casa de la Dona de l\u2019Ajuntament de Saragossa, ha comentat que \u00ab\u00e9s important l\u2019educaci\u00f3 en igualtat, sense discriminaci\u00f3, donant suport i formant a les dones. El sector p\u00fablic i privat han de conjuminar forces per recolzar a aquestes dones i aconseguir que s\u2019insereixin. La tasca d\u2019empreses com Clece, que tenen pres\u00e8ncia a tota la pen\u00ednsula, poden donar una oportunitat laboral a persones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere per canviar de ciutat i allunyar-se, al seu torn, de la seva parella\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En paraules de Beatriz Guti\u00e9rrez, coordinadora regional a l\u2019Arag\u00f3 de la Fundaci\u00f3 Adecco, \u00abl\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 \u00e9s la pedra angular perqu\u00e8 els col\u00b7lectius vulnerables surtin de l\u2019exclusi\u00f3\u00bb. A m\u00e9s, va afegir, \u00abcal trencar estereotips i educar les futures generacions per potenciar que a les empreses es valorin les persones pel que saben fer i aix\u00f2 comen\u00e7a amb curr\u00edculums cecs\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Al final del f\u00f2rum, tots els ponents van animar Clece a seguir integrant col\u00b7lectius vulnerables i organitzant esdeveniments d\u2019aquest tipus que promouen la sensibilitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construint ponts per la integraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El VII F\u00f2rum Clece per la Integraci\u00f3 s\u2019emmarca en Clece Social, el projecte social la companyia, dirigit a millorar l\u2019ocupabilitat, la integraci\u00f3, la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de col\u00b7lectius socialment desfavorits com ara persones amb discapacitat, persones en risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social, dones que pateixen viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere i joves aturats de llarga durada; aix\u00ed com col\u00b7lectius amb especials necessitats d\u2019atenci\u00f3 com a nens i gent gran.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest fort comprom\u00eds social de Clece ha fet possible que, aquest any, en el qual la companyia compleix el 25 aniversari, un 9,6% de la seva plantilla procedeixi ja d\u2019aquests col\u00b7lectius. Dels seus 71.982 treballadors a tot Espanya, 6.926 treballadors s\u00f3n d\u2019integraci\u00f3.
