Ells tenen les eines a la m\u00e0 per incrementar la integraci\u00f3 de persones de col\u00b7lectius desfavorits\u00bb. Aquesta \u00e9s una de les principals conclusions extretes del <strong>VIII F\u00f2rum \u00abClece per la Integraci\u00f3\u00bb<\/strong> celebrat el passat 1 de mar\u00e7 al Palacio de la Magdalena de Santander sota el lema \u00abParlem d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 laboral?\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>A la trobada s\u2019ha posat en relleu la necessitat d\u2019impulsar aliances entre l\u2019empresa privada i l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica, aix\u00ed com la necessitat d\u2019apostar per la formaci\u00f3 per reduir les taxes d\u2019atur de les persones amb discapacitat, en risc d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 o dones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n<p>Gema Igual Ortiz, alcaldessa de Santander, ha estat l\u2019encarregada d\u2019obrir aquest col\u00b7loqui que ha congregat a representants de l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 P\u00fablica, l\u2019empresa privada, agents socials aix\u00ed com treballadors provinents d\u2019aquests col\u00b7lectius com s\u00f3n: Roberto del Pozo L\u00f3pez, regidor d\u2019Autonomia personal de l\u2019Ajuntament de Santander; Francisco Javier Guti\u00e9rrez Iglesias, primer tinent d\u2019alcalde de l\u2019Ajuntament de Cabez\u00f3n de la Sal; Tom\u00e1s Castillo Arenal, gerent de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de persones amb discapacitat Amica; Crist\u00f3bal Valderas Alvarado, president de Clece, i Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 M. N., v\u00edctima de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere i treballadora de Clece.<\/p>\n<p>Com a representant d\u2019un dels col\u00b7lectius m\u00e9s afectats, Tom\u00e1s Castillo Arenal, gerent de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de persones amb discapacitat Amica, ha posat en relleu les \u00faltimes xifres: \u00abEstem avan\u00e7ant. El 2017, s\u2019ha batut el r\u00e8cord de contractacions de persones amb discapacitat, m\u00e9s de 110.000 persones contractades\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Roberto del Pozo L\u00f3pez, regidor d\u2019Autonomia personal de l\u2019Ajuntament de Santander, ha afegit que, sens dubte, \u00abaquestes xifres reflecteixen un canvi de mentalitat de la societat i ens donen esperan\u00e7a, per\u00f2 \u00e9s necessari continuar derrocant barreres i prejudicis\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De la seva banda, Javier Guti\u00e9rrez Iglesias, primer tinent d\u2019alcalde de l\u2019Ajuntament de Cabez\u00f3n de la Sal, ha destacat que \u00abnecessitem que les empreses i la ind\u00fastria innovin per incloure aquests col\u00b7lectius. L\u2019intercanvi d\u2019idees \u00e9s necessari entre l\u2019administraci\u00f3 publica i les empreses per formar les persones i ajudar-los a la seva incorporaci\u00f3 al mercat laboral\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEls ajuntaments no tenen capacitat en l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 s\u00ed en la presa de decisi\u00f3 de les empreses que contracten, en els plecs de condicions i les cl\u00e0usules socials\u00bb, ha subratllat Crist\u00f3bal Valderas.<\/p>\n<p>El punt de vista m\u00e9s hum\u00e0 i personal al problema l\u2019ha posat Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 M. N., v\u00edctima de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere i treballadora de Clece que representa \u00abuna fita en ella mateixa\u00bb, en paraules de la moderadora del F\u00f2rum, Elena D\u00edez-Fuentes. Ella va comen\u00e7ar el 2015 amb un contracte temporal que aviat es va transformar en indefinit i que li ha canviat la vida. \u00abLa feina m\u2019ha donat la vida. Ha estat la meva ter\u00e0pia. Comen\u00e7ar a treballar per Clece m\u2019ha perm\u00e8s valer-me per mi mateixa i recuperar la confian\u00e7a\u00bb, afegeix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La formaci\u00f3 com a mesura necess\u00e0ria en la inserci\u00f3 laboral<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un altre dels aspectes m\u00e9s repetits en el F\u00f2rum ha estat la necessitat de fomentar la formaci\u00f3 com a mesura facilitadora de la inserci\u00f3 sociolaboral. En aquest sentit, Crist\u00f3bal Valderas ha destacat el fort comprom\u00eds fet en aquesta mat\u00e8ria en els darrers anys i, especialment, el 2017. \u00abL\u2019\u00faltim any, hem format m\u00e9s de 22.300 participants en 2.000 cursos de formaci\u00f3 en els \u00e0mbits d\u2019activitat de serveis socials, seguretat, serveis educatius, neteja i manteniment, entre d\u2019altres. D\u2019aquests, 1.192 eren persones amb discapacitat, 148 eren treballadors pertanyents al col\u00b7lectiu d\u2019exclusi\u00f3 social i, 33, dones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest comprom\u00eds social de Clece per l\u2019ocupabilitat i la formaci\u00f3 \u00e9s a l\u2019ADN de l\u2019empresa i ha fet possible que avui la companyia compti amb prop de 75.000 treballadors i pres\u00e8ncia a tot el territori nacional. D\u2019aquests, 7.547 s\u00f3n treballadors de col\u00b7lectius desfavorits. En concret, a la regi\u00f3 Cant\u00e0brica, la companyia compta amb 2.950 treballadors, 471 dels quals s\u00f3n persones procedents d\u2019aquests col\u00b7lectius vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>Com a conclusions de la jornada, cadascun dels ponents ha resumit un objectiu o una esperan\u00e7a. \u00abAconseguir que la societat sigui conscient que els objectius que s\u2019aconsegueixen s\u00f3n per a tothom\u00bb, ha estat el que ha assenyalat Roberto del Pozo; Javier Guti\u00e9rrez ha afegit la import\u00e0ncia de \u00abtreballar en formaci\u00f3, desenvolupament i innovaci\u00f3\u00bb; Tom\u00e1s Castillo ha esmentat que \u00abincloure \u00e9s enriquir tota la societat\u00bb; Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 M.\u00a0N. ha dit que el seu somni \u00e9s mantenir la seva feina i fer una mica m\u00e9s en formaci\u00f3 per millorar, i, finalment, Crist\u00f3bal Valderas ha afegit que Clece t\u00e9 el repte de contractar 139 dones v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere segons el comprom\u00eds adquirit a la III Edici\u00f3 dels Premis Comprom\u00eds.
