At Clece we work to ensure that people with disabilities are given equal opportunities and the chance to find their way into work. Currently more than five thousand people form part of Integra CEE<\/strong>, our special employment centre that provides essential services of the highest quality to organisations in the public and private sectors.<\/p>

Integra CEE is one of the largest special employment centres in Spain, and one of the standard bearers in its sector. Social sustainability is the cornerstone of everything it does<\/strong>, basing its corporate culture on a model focused on the individual to help people find their way into work and integrate into society. The main asset of Integra CEE, and the key to its success, are the people who work there.<\/p>

Consequently, a fundamental element of this can be found in the work carried out by the Professional Activity Support Unit<\/strong>, a department consisting of a transdisciplinary team of more than a hundred professionals responsible for supporting people as they find work, develop and progress within the company, in accordance with the specific needs of each individual and each role, and with the value added to the company\u2019s business strategy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
