It aims to facilitate the employment of vulnerable collectives such as the disabled, those at risk of social exclusion, victims of gender-based violence, or the long-term unemployed, amongst others.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Madrid, January 25th, 2019.- Clece and \u201cla Caixa\u201d have just signed a collaboration agreement that seeks to encourage the employment of those at risk of social exclusion. This is through the Incorpora Program, sponsored by the financial entity. The aim of the program is to increase the employment of vulnerable collectives and to provide information, training and advice to participating companies.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed today at CaixaForum Madrid by Clece\u2019s Director of Human Resources, Purificaci\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez, and the Deputy Director of the Bank Foundation \u201cla Caixa\u201d, Marc Sim\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement\u2019s framework, the company commits to encourage the employment of those at risk of exclusion, working in collaboration with Incorpora across the whole of Spain.  Through the program, the company will communicate the different professional profiles needed. This demand will be shared with entities that form part of the program and that pre-select candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Clece and Incorpora have been collaborating since 2011 across several parts of Spain and have been very successful (3,328 job offers processed and 3,215 placements achieved).  The agreement now deepens their collaboration and will support improvements in the quality of workplace integration processes for those participating in the program.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incorpora: encouraging workplace integration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Incorpora started life in 2006. Its aim is to create a bridge between companies and social entities dedicated to workplace integration in order to foster a climate of collaboration and opportunities for those who most need help. The initiative targets collectives such as people with disabilities, young people at risk of exclusion, immigrants, ex-prisoners, victims of gender-based violence, and the long-term unemployed.<\/p>\n<p>Incorpora offers companies a free advice service and support for social responsibility actions, in this case, those focused on the workplace integration of those in vulnerable situations.<\/p>\n<p>By strengthening this project, even in current economic circumstances, it shows how companies can find a way to contribute to improving their immediate surroundings and alleviating unemployment through the program.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its focus on the two key areas of Integration and Awareness-Raising, Clece\u2019s social project seeks the inclusion of society\u2019s most vulnerable collectives. Currently, 11.6% of its workforce, representing 8,749 workers, are those with functional differences, people at risk of exclusion, victims of gender-based violence, and the young unemployed.
