6.549 personas de estos colectivos en una plantilla de m\u00e1s de 73.200 empleados<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f50a41d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f50a41d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Valladolid, 3 de junio de 2016\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><b><\/b>Mejorar la empleabilidad y explorar f\u00f3rmulas de cooperaci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada son algunas de las claves que contribuir\u00e1n a un mercado laboral con igualdad de oportunidades para todos. Esta es una de las principales conclusiones extra\u00eddas del IV Foro \u201cClece por la Integraci\u00f3n\u201d celebrado ayer bajo el lema \u201cEMPLEANdo el talento\u201d en el Teatro Calder\u00f3n de Valladolid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">El Foro, organizado por la empresa Clece, congreg\u00f3 a distintos actores implicados en la integraci\u00f3n de colectivos socialmente vulnerables como personas con discapacidad, personas en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n social, v\u00edctimas de violencia de g\u00e9nero y j\u00f3venes en desempleo. Por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n, intervinieron Rafaela Romero Viosca, Concejala Delegada de Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Valladolid y Carlos Ra\u00fal de Pablos P\u00e9rez, Gerente Regional de Servicios Sociales de la Consejer\u00eda de Familia e Igualdad de Oportunidades de la Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n. En representaci\u00f3n del sector educativo, particip\u00f3 Felicidad Viejo Valverde, Vicerrectora de alumnos de la Universidad de Valladolid, UVA; y en el \u00e1mbito de la orientaci\u00f3n laboral, cont\u00f3 con Ver\u00f3nica Mu\u00f1oz Salgado, Orientadora laboral del Ayuntamiento de Valladolid. Por parte de Clece asistieron Crist\u00f3bal Valderas, presidente de Clece y Purificaci\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez, Directora de Recursos Humanos de Clece que dieron la visi\u00f3n de la empresa privada, mientras que los testimonios de los trabajadores vinieron de la mano de Melanie Blanco Garc\u00eda y Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez Barrul, ambas empleadas de Clece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Las experiencias compartidas por Melanie Blanco Garc\u00eda, en representaci\u00f3n del colectivo de j\u00f3venes, y de Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez Barrul, v\u00edctima de violencia de g\u00e9nero, pusieron de manifiesto que a pesar de la multicausalidad de las situaciones de vulnerabilidad, todos estos colectivos comparten barreras de acceso al mercado laboral. Entre las principales barreras que se pusieron de manifiesto en el Foro se encuentran la escasa formaci\u00f3n y cualificaci\u00f3n; la falta de motivaci\u00f3n; la baja experiencia o la desinformaci\u00f3n. Problemas a los que hay que a\u00f1adir condicionantes del entorno como la precariedad laboral o los estereotipos y prejuicios sociales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Para combatir estas dificultades, Carlos Ra\u00fal de Pablos P\u00e9rez, insisti\u00f3 en el valor del pacto social. \u201cEl \u00e9xito del modelo de Servicios Sociales es precisamente que la Junta no es la \u00fanica protagonista sino que se basa en la colaboraci\u00f3n con las corporaciones locales y en el acuerdo social\u201d. Este pacto social se pone de manifiesto en la II Estrategia Integrada del Empleo 2016-2020 puesta en marcha por la administraci\u00f3n auton\u00f3mica que contempla un Plan Laboral Espec\u00edfico para colectivos vulnerables. \u201cM\u00e1s que de gasto social hay que hablar de inversi\u00f3n social, porque cada euro que se invierte, revierte en la sociedad en m\u00e1s de 2,3 veces\u201d diferenci\u00f3.\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Desde el papel de la administraci\u00f3n local, Rafaela Romero Viosca, puso el acento en el potencial de la colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico \u2013 privada as\u00ed como en una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica responsable en relaci\u00f3n a medidas como la \u201cinclusi\u00f3n de reservas de contratos para Centros Especiales de Empleo y cl\u00e1usulas sociales en los contratos p\u00fablicos\u201d con el objetivo de facilitar el acceso al empleo a las personas y colectivos en situaci\u00f3n desfavorecida. Rafaela tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 la necesidad de trabajar sobre la calidad del empleo para evitar que \u201ctambi\u00e9n los trabajadores sean personas vulnerables debido a salarios precarios\u201d.<\/span><\/p><br><br>\n\n\n<strong>Adecuar la formaci\u00f3n a la demanda laboral<\/strong> <br><br>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> Uno de los grandes retos para fomentar la integraci\u00f3n es el de aumentar la empleabilidad de las personas mediante la orientaci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n profesional y el acompa\u00f1amiento hacia el empleo. Desde el \u00e1mbito educativo, Felicidad Viejo Valverde coment\u00f3 que los \u201cestudiantes encuentran un apoyo muy importante en las pr\u00e1cticas\u201d para facilitar el acceso al empleo. Adem\u00e1s, desde la Universidad otra v\u00eda que se fomenta es \u201cla movilidad, con becas para que los j\u00f3venes puedan ir fuera, formarse y coger experiencia\u201d. Desde el \u00e1mbito de la orientaci\u00f3n laboral, Ver\u00f3nica Mu\u00f1oz Salgado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cla cronificaci\u00f3n de los parados de larga duraci\u00f3n como un problema de gran dimensi\u00f3n\u201d dentro de las distintas situaciones de vulnerabilidad hacia el mercado laboral.<\/span><\/p><br><br>\n\n\n<strong> La responsabilidad de la empresa <\/strong><br><br>\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Crist\u00f3bal Valderas Alvarado cont\u00f3 c\u00f3mo \u201cdesde Clece se ha trabajado en un modelo integrador que demuestra c\u00f3mo el empleo juega un papel clave en la igualdad de oportunidades y en la equidad social. Con la colaboraci\u00f3n diaria de 350 asociaciones, hoy 6.549 trabajadores de nuestra plantilla proceden de colectivos socialmente vulnerables. En solo tres a\u00f1os, la evoluci\u00f3n ha sido de 3.000 a m\u00e1s de 6.500 personas\u201d. Entre esos colectivos vulnerables, el Presidente de Clece alert\u00f3 sobre el especial riesgo de \u201clos mayores de 45 a\u00f1os, parados muchos de larga duraci\u00f3n y con cargas familiares\u201d. Purificaci\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez P\u00e9rez, destac\u00f3 la necesidad de \u201cfavorecer el engranaje en el tri\u00e1ngulo formado por el tercer sector, la administraci\u00f3n y las empresas\u201d para lograr la integraci\u00f3n de estas personas en situaci\u00f3n desfavorecida que \u201caportan intangibles como la motivaci\u00f3n, la implicaci\u00f3n, mejora del clima laboral y que son ejemplo de superaci\u00f3n de situaciones complicadas\u201d.<\/span><\/p><br><br>\n\n<strong>En primera persona<\/strong><br><br>\n\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">En representaci\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes, Melanie Blanco Garc\u00eda, dio un mensaje de optimismo ya que ella podr\u00e1 desarrollar su trabajo de fin de carrera gracias a la oportunidad laboral que le ha dado Clece. Si bien Mar\u00eda, consciente de los grandes retos a los que se enfrenta su generaci\u00f3n revindic\u00f3 para los j\u00f3venes \u201cla oportunidad de tener una vida, una casa y no depender de los padres que tambi\u00e9n en muchas ocasiones atraviesan momentos de dificultad\u201d. Por su parte, Mar\u00eda Fern\u00e1ndez Barrul, v\u00edctima de violencia de g\u00e9nero, encontr\u00f3 en el empleo una salida. \u201cCon el trabajo me siento realizada y tengo la satisfacci\u00f3n de ayudar a mis hijos y de tener la libertad de valerme por mi misma\u201d. A todas las mujeres que han atravesado su situaci\u00f3n les anim\u00f3 \u201ca no rendirse, a quitarse de la mente el no puedo y a que, en definitiva, siempre hay una salida a la violencia de
