The Regional Government of Andalusia has recognized Clece for its work on the integration of young people, women and disabled people within the workplace. Miguel Ángel Tortosa López, the territory’s delegate for the Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment, will present the prize for collaboration with the Andalusian Employment Service in the development of the Profesional Experiences for Employment program, [Spanish abbreviation] EPES. Thanks to this program, the practical experience and individualized tutorials provided facilitate integration within the workplace of unemployed people who form part of collectives which experience difficulties in accessing the employment market.
Thanks to this collaboration, Clece Almería has a total of eight people, comprising six women and two men, who have now had employment experience in different services within the province. Two with disabilities and six young people.
