Technology and continual improvement to provide the best services

Searching for technologically innovative solutions and developing advanced projects are two of our defining characteristics.

We adopt and adapt the latest technological advances to the different areas of our business, such as social services, cleaning, maintenance, environment and security, among others, with the aim of improving how we manage, and raising the quality of, the different processes and services that we provide. Cloud computing, data-based management, the Internet of things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are just some of the disruptive technologies that form the basis of our service provision.

One advantage that sets us apart is that we have an in-house team of developers who, having previously worked in the different services that we provide, have first-hand knowledge of the real needs of our clients and our users.

Technology with the human touch

In recent years Clece’s R&D&I department has focused on how to apply disruptive technology in a way that optimises the way care is provided, particularly with regard to elderly and dependent people. We are committed to technology that has the human touch, with the potential to increase users’ autonomy and improve their quality of life in their own home or in a care home.

The following are some of the innovations we employ to achieve this:

VOICE ASSISTANTS (ALEXA)

A smart speaker with a screen that includes functions such as playing music, making calls, setting alarms and timers, answering questions and playing games, among many other uses.

ESSENCE

A habit-monitoring system for the home that uses presence sensors and artificial intelligence.

VIRTUAL REALITY GOGGLES

These create a sense of proximity to the environment and help to alleviate the sense of isolation for people who are unable to go outside.

SAFEFAMILY WATCH

Equipped with GPS, the watch can make video calls, issue an alert of a possible fall, send reminders and monitor the user’s health status, among other features.

NUKA THE SOCIAL ROBOT

Used as a non-pharmacological therapy to improve the quality of life of elderly people with neurological disorders.

Advanced solutions in cleaning

Technology and digitalisation as applied to the cleaning sector has caused a revolution in our services, in terms of efficiency, sustainability and respect for the environment.

Smart platforms to gather and manage real-time data, robots and other autonomous devices mean we can provide an increasingly flexible service, as well as making the day-to-day tasks of workers that much easier.

Xenex

A robot equipped with disinfection technology that uses broad spectrum type-C ultraviolet light (UV-C) generated by a xenon gas lamp.

AUTONOMOUS FLOOR CLEANERS

Machines that do not require a user to clean floors, programmed and guided via an app.

CLEANING WITH DRONES

Drones that use osmosis-filtered water to clean exteriors at height.

CLEANING WITH OZONE

Canons that transform oxygen into ozone as a way to disinfect surfaces and purify the air.

CLEANING PRODUCTS GENERATED IN SITU

Disinfectants that are 100% organic and sustainable, generated on demand and ready to use.

Innovation at the service of security

We also develop tailored protection and security solutions. We have our own geolocation system for interiors, which means that, among other advantages, emergencies and incidents of any kind can be dealt with in record time.
