Sueños y deseos (Dream and wishes)
Clece and its subsidiaries have helped users of our In-Home Care Service and those in residential care homes throughout Spain achieve what they always dreamed of or longed for.
Clece Emplea (Clece Hires)
Each year, Clece holds a large-scale online recruitment process, aimed at people in a situation of vulnerability, to cover roles throughout Spain, and which would not be possible without the collaboration with a range of organisations operating in the third sector.
Ruta del empleo (Pathway to employment)
Every year, Clece organises a bus that’s been converted into an itinerant recruitment office to help people from disadvantaged social groups find work, on a tour around various sparsely populated areas of Spain.
Clece Match
A nationwide youth talent recruitment process that is aimed at attracting engineers to join the Clece team, in order to direct and manage different services provided by the company in a highly varied range of sectors (maintenance, social services, etc.).
Cuidado en red (Care Network)
As a company that’s committed to good mental health, for staff members working in certain activities, Clece offers a free phone-based psychological support service, provided by experts in the matter, to help with their emotional wellbeing.
Saboreando Recuerdos (Savouring Memories)
A celebration of elderly people, with whom we recover tastes and memories from the past. On this website of video recipes, users and residents of care homes, day centres and home help care services managed by Clece cook up traditional dishes alongside famous Spanish chefs.
