At Clece we optimise our processes and how we organise our operations through the use of an Integrated Management System, which ensures continual improvement in quality, environmental sustainability, workers’ health and information security.

Our commitment is made clear through Network Spain’s recognition of the UN’s Global Compact, as the leading partner in the Gold category of the Contigo Somos+ (Together We Are More) programme to promote a model of sustainable management that will guarantee compliance with fundamental responsibilities in matters of human rights, working standards, the environment and in combating corruption.

ENVIRONMENT

We provide sustainable environmental services, by applying criteria that seek to mitigate any impact on the environment as much as possible, with the aim of achieving climate neutrality, in line with SDGs 12 and 13, relating to sustainable production and consumption patterns, and to taking action to combat climate change. This is achieve by using 100% renewable energy in most of our offices, schools, and places of learning and social centres, where we control how energy use is managed.

FOOD SAFETY

Our main objective is to care for the health and wellbeing of the people who use our services. As part of this aim, we strive to ensure the food that we prepare and serve is safe, healthy and sustainable, applying the most rigorous principles of food safety and nutritional value. We use particular processes, raw materials and technical equipment to ensure we meet this objectives.

PREVENTION

Creating an environment that guarantees the health and safety of our workforce is a major priority at Clece. The company’s Prevention Plan assesses, monitors and removes any possible risks in the workplace from the origin. The aim is to ensure continual improvement in the company’s health and safety performance, by minimising the number of accidents and increasing employee satisfaction.

We comply with all existing health and safety regulations and legislation. We are company that is certified under the ISO 45001: Occupational health and safety management systems standard, which provides a framework for improving the performance and effectiveness of the health and safety systems in the workplace, and shows the organisation’s commitment to its corporate responsibility.

Safety is the responsibility of Clece’s Directors and of each employee.

Preventative actions must be built into work plans and form an integral part of working conditions.

All members of the company are under the obligation to communicate any risk situation which may generate accidents and/or incidents.

Any accident can be avoided.

If a dangerous situation could result in a serious and imminent risk, any employee is entitled and has the power to halt the activity until the risk has been brought under control.
