Who we are
Leaders in essential services
With more than 30 years of experience and operations in Spain, Portugal and the UK, Clece has set the standard for companies working with public administrations, providing effective management of essential services to help society function as it should.
This is the case for our social services, for example, such as the care we provide for elderly and dependent people both in residential centres and in their own homes, through our domiciliary care and telecare services. Clece also provides cleaning, security and maintenance services in hospitals, airports, universities, schools and nursery schools, among other buildings and public infrastructures.
The widespread presence of Clece enables us to make these essential services available across the board, ensuring provision anywhere, including rural areas and heavily depopulated regions of Spain

TIMELINE
SOCIAL MANAGEMENT MODEL

Aware that companies of our size are highly capable of having a positive impact on the world we live in, at Clece we approach our work with a clear purpose: to leave a legacy for society that spreads beyond the merely financial.
With this goal in mind, our workforce is dedicated to providing essential services by means of a management model that successfully ensures a return on our social commitment, with a real and tangible impact on people.
By applying this social commitment to our daily activities, a better future can be built and a fairer and more inclusive society can be created, by ensuring equal opportunities for all.
How do Clece’s activities have an impact on society?
- On the one hand, we have our Social Project, which is an inherent commitment to both our origins and our future development. The fundamental goal of this project is to help people from disadvantaged social groups find their way into work: women who have experienced gender-based violence, people with disabilities, people at risk of social exclusion, young people who are struggling to find their first job, and a host of other people for whom a job has given them the opportunity they needed to start a new life.
- On the other hand, in recent years we have placed particular emphasis on the societal aspect of our activity, by providing care for elderly and dependent people, and care services for women who have experienced gender-based violence and people in a situation of emergency in their lives. These are essential services that help to strengthen our role as public servants.
