COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE

Decades of experience lie behind our performance in the maintenance of electrical and fire protection facilities, regulation and monitoring work and maintenance engineering, among other areas.
ENERGY SERVICES
Clece Facility Services Energy develops energy production projects, including the purchase of primary energy, and measuring and verifying savings. These projects range from pre-audits and audits through to management, execution and investments aimed at implementing energy saving measures (ESMs). The company is also accredited as a delegated party for managing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
SPORTS CENTRE MANAGEMENT
We specialise in the comprehensive management of sports facilities, focusing on managing and organising sports programmes (evaluation, personal training, directed activities and free practice, etc.). We also provide maintenance and upkeep services for equipment and facilities, energy management, customer service and security for establishments.
