The Comprehensive Person-Centred Care that we provide underpins all of the services for elderly and dependent people that we deliver in care homes and day centres. Our team of professionals knows first-hand the specific needs of each user, adapting the care they provide to each individual’s life story. It’s something we do both in our management of public services and at CleceVitam, our own network of residential care homes.

Management of publicly owned day centres. Specialist care for elderly people through the work across disciplines by our technical team to improve their quality of life, and prevent the loss of autonomy and functional and/or cognitive decline.

Family respite
Temporary assistance for families caring for elderly or dependent relatives. This service gives main carers the chance to take a break, knowing that their loved one is in safe hands.
Care homes for people with disabilities
Comprehensive care 24 hours a day. A technical team of professionals is in charge of providing support for people with disabilities, providing them with a safe environment that is respectful and gives them every opportunity for their own personal development.
Care homes specialising in dementia
Specialised care for people with Alzheimer’s, neurodegenerative diseases and other forms of dementia. Comprehensive, personalised care with stimulation activities, cognitive approaches and dementia-focused therapies.
Other services
At Cleve we also provide the indirect management of other services, such as centres for children at risk of social exclusion, occupational centres and supervised flats for the elderly and young people with disabilities.
