Immediate response to social emergencies

Our emergency and care services for people in a situation of social exclusion operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Their goal is to provide a response for people who find themselves in a situation of helplessness or crisis, and are unable to deal with the problem themselves.

This requires immediate intervention by our teams, who are fully dedicated to the service they provide with a sensibility in how they treat the people they attend to, in order to prevent from circumstances worsening and to avoid any further vulnerability or exclusion.

These services range from detecting these situations, in order to provide help, to finding temporary accommodation, municipal shelters and supervised flats.

Social emergency

Care provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for people in a situation of helplessness or crisis that they are unable to deal with, and for which an immediate intervention is needed to prevent circumstances from getting any worse.

Care for women who have experienced gender-based violence

Aimed at women who form part of this collective, our services include a range of elements: from a telephone support to shelters where they can find temporary accommodation, financial support and care that is integral to their recovery, including psychosocial care and legal advice.

Care for homeless people

We provide services aimed at caring for people living on the streets: from detecting situations of helplessness or crisis in order to offer help to interventions in cases of social emergency, as well as solutions to provide find a temporary room to sleep in, municipal shelters and supervised flats.
